What We Believe

We Believe
In one God who has revealed himself in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We Believe
That Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, is both God and man, died for our sins, rose from the dead, and sits at the right hand of the Father praying for us. Only through his blood can we be saved.

We Believe
In the Holy Spirit as a present-help, convicting us of sin, strengthening and setting apart those who accept Jesus, and revealing truth thru God’s word.

We Believe
That the 66 books of the Old & New Testament where given by divine inspiration, inherently revealing God’s will for our salvation and the practices of the church must submit to the authority of the Holy Bible.

We Believe
That acts of sin can be forgiven and the cause of sin can be cleansed, so that our love for God is stronger than our love for sin.

We Believe
That the grace of God is given to each of us, enabling us to turn from sin to following Jesus, and that forgiveness means turning away from sin and living by the power of God’s spirit in us.

We Believe
That when we ask Christ to forgive us our sins and invite Him into our hearts, at that moment, we are pardoned, made new, and adopted into the family of God.

We Believe
That Jesus Christ wants to rule in every area of our life. He is not only our Savior, but also our Lord. He can make hearts pure and enables us to love one another as He loves us.

We Believe
That Christian baptism is a sign to the family of God that we have accepted Jesus Christ into our hearts and encourage everyone to be baptized.

We Believe
That Christ’s death makes possible that anyone who accepts Him may participate in communion.

We Believe
That God still does miracles and heals broken bodies. We also believe that God heals through the means of medical science.

We Believe
That Jesus Christ is coming back, and on that day we shall stand before him. Those who have followed Him and lived according to His will shall make heaven their home, and those who have done evil will be forever separated from God in eternal judgment.

We Believe
That Christ’s church is the greatest force for change on the earth. We are called together to celebrate our salvation and seek God’s will. We believe we are to be a church that impacts its community by preaching God’s word, feeding the hungry, and clothing the needy. We are committed to making a difference.
